Call for Exhibitors
The Workshop is seeking companies for sponsorship and
exhibit opportunities. In addition, the Workshop will offer a limited number of
supporting organization sponsorships to non profit, industry and other
affiliate organizations who can make a significant contribution to the
promotion of this Workshop. Please contact:

Workshop Exhibit Program
Exhibiting at the Workshop provides an excellent and
affordable opportunity to meet and interact with an audience of government
officials, companies and individuals interested in the technology supporting
the critical topic. Only twenty (20) tabletop exhibit spaces in total will be
available for this Workshop. Spaces are limited and priority will be given to
exhibitors who are major Sponsors of the Workshop.
Table Top Exhibitor
Exhibitors will have one 30” x 72” table top space for
exhibits. Each space includes a skirted table, two chairs and a trash basket.
Exhibitors will receive two passes to the Workshop and will be listed on the Workshop
website and abstract booklet. Exhibitors must support the mission of the Workshop.
Any question of appropriateness of an exhibitor will be the discretion of the Workshop
Exhibit Chair. Fee: $2,500.
Publisher Exhibits
Qualified publishers will have the opportunity to display
appropriate materials in the Publisher Exhibit Area. Each publisher will receive
1/3 of a 30” x 72” table for display of materials. Any question of
appropriateness of material will be the discretion of the Workshop Marketing
Chair. Fee: $800.
Exhibit Space Details for Co-Sponsors and Exhibitors
Exhibits will be located in the ballroom foyer outside of
the meeting rooms. Continental breakfast and coffee breaks will be held in the
ballroom foyer area providing exhibitors maximum exposure to the attendees.
Exhibits will be limited to one 30” x 72” tabletop display with some small
additional surrounding space for access to the table. There will be about 20
tables available for exhibit at this Workshop.

Sponsorship/Exhibit Payment – Payment in full is required
to reserve a space. Refunds will be allowed until March 1, 2008.
