In addition, the Workshop will offer a limited number of supporting organization sponsorships to non profit, industry and other affiliate organizations who can make a significant contribution to the promotion of this Workshop. SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The Workshop is offering the following sponsorship opportunities. Sponsors receive a significant package of promotional and advertising opportunities to a diverse audience, all directly involved in the areas of homeland security and technology innovation.

Platinum Sponsor

Platinum sponsors receive promotion as a “Platinum Level Sponsor” on all Workshop-marketing materials. Marketing materials include, but are not limited to: Workshop website (with logo and link to company website); Workshop flyers, abstract booklet, email promotions, and Workshop posters/signage. In addition, platinum sponsors may setup a display board near the registration area to welcome guests as they arrive. Sponsorship also includes one 30” x 72” exhibit table, two Workshop passes, and a full-page ad in the Workshop abstract booklet.  Fee: $6,000.

Gold Sponsor

Gold sponsors receive promotion as a “Gold Level Sponsor” on all Workshop-marketing materials. Marketing materials include, but are not limited to: Workshop website (with logo and link to company website); Workshop flyers, abstract booklet, email promotions, and Workshop posters/signage.  Sponsorship also includes one 30” x 72” exhibit table, one pass to the Workshop and a half-page ad in the Workshop abstract book. Fee: $3,500.

Silver Sponsor

Silver sponsors are listed as “Silver Level Sponsor” on the Workshop website (listing only); Workshop flyers, abstract booklet, and general Workshop posters/signage. Silver level sponsors may set up a display board in a designated space at the Workshop. Fee: $1,500.

Bronze Sponsor

Bronze level sponsors are listed as “Bronze Level Sponsor” on the Workshop website and the abstract booklet. Bronze sponsors will be identified in Workshop posters/signage dedicated to one Workshop coffee break or continental breakfast. Fee: $1,000.

Luncheon Sponsor

Luncheon sponsors will be featured prominently as luncheon sponsors on the Workshop website, abstract booklet and on luncheon event posters and signage. Sponsorship includes the opportunity for placement of company marketing materials (i.e., pens, pads, other) on luncheon tables. The fee does not include the cost of the materials. Fee: $2,500.

Organizational Sponsors

Organizational sponsors are non-profit, government or association organizations that support the mission of the Workshop and provide promotion or other assistance to the Workshop. Organizational sponsors will be listed on the Workshop website and abstract booklet. Organizational sponsors who promote the Workshop to an audience of 1,000 or more potential attendees will receive one pass to the Workshop. Media Sponsors

Media sponsors provide major support of Workshop marketing programs. Media sponsors will be listed as a “Media Sponsor” on the Workshop website and abstract booklet, and will also receive a logo and link to their company website, space for marketing materials in the Publisher Display Area, and one pass to the Workshop. Advertising Sponsors

Full and half page black and white advertisement space is available in the Workshop abstract booklet. The booklet features abstracts of papers presented by selected speakers. The booklet will be handed to all attendees.  Fees: Full Page Ad:  $500, Half Page Ad: $250. 

Sponsorship/Exhibit Payment – Payment in full is required to reserve a space. Refunds will be allowed until March 1, 2008.
